Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also enter your tracking number in the box below to get the latest status on your shipment.
When your order shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email from [email protected] with your tracking number in it.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
PLEASE CHECK YOUR CUSTOM INFORMATION CAREFULLY (WE HAVE RECEIVED MANY ORDERS WITHOUT IT) & BE KNOWN THAT weonly accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will usually be processed within 5-7 business days of ordering and shipped within one day of processing. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
- I'm using 3 main suppliers from China,US, EU and Vietnam. We almost using USPS, DHL,SDH,Yun,JS Spring GDS to ship our products.
- The handling & shipping time for US and EU suppliers normally takes 7-10 working days. For Vietnam, China supplier takes 15 - 30 working days..

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel
